 Planning

• Walked trail to access condition and what needs to be done.
• Spoke with principal and advisor of the project.
• Presented a power point to the PTA seeking their support.
• Prepared a budget

Fundraising

• Designed donation form
• Distributed the form at PTA meeting
• Placed form in monthly PTA newsletter
