Margaret Qatani"Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it.” -Marion Wright Edelman

My name is Margaret Qatani, and I am running for a second term on the Hyde Park Central School District Board of Education in order to continue serving the students and families of our school district. As a retired teacher in the district and a current adjunct instructor of Early Childhood Education at Marist College, I have dedicated my life to my passion of providing each and every student a high quality education. I myself, am a long-time Hyde Park resident, so I know first hand the importance of executing these duties in the most fiscally responsible way possible. I am proud of the initiatives we have started to support our students and look forward to our district’s future growth.
