The Building Leadership Team (BLT) is a group made up of teachers, staff, and parents that create yearly goals to seek improvement in our school. Once an improvement goal is chosen the group uses current data and best practices to work towards achievement of set goals. Meetings are once a month. During our monthly BLT meetings, we work together to reflect our progress, make changes, and develop next steps.
