Buildings & Grounds Use

  •  Please Note: Starting school year 2019-2020, there will be no regularly covered custodial hours during the weekend at any schools in the district.


                                         At this time school facilities are available for very limited use. 

           Please contact the building use coordinator below in the building that you are interested in using for availability.

    Please be aware that we are in the process of converting over to a fully online application process.



    The Hyde Park Central School District continues to refine the building use application process and now it is even easier to submit an application using our new website.  Blank application packets to print out, as well as, links to submit an online application can be found by scrolling down on this page.  ALL groups must complete an application. 

    We ask that you submit your application to the building’s contact person where the use is being requested at least 30 days prior to your intended first date of use.  Contacts are listed below on this webpage and within the building use packet.

    Included in the Buildings and Grounds Use Application and Information packet you will find the following: 

    • Sample Insurance Document
    • HPCSD BOE Policy for Public Use of School Facilities
    • List of building contacts for facility use requests, a table of regular custodial hours by building and a list of athletic areas
    • Facility Use Criteria & Fee Schedule 
    • Building Use Application form

    We hope that these packets provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision when choosing our facilities for your use.
