Coach's Notes: I thought this was a good lesson for the boys. I have talked a lot about the importance of not underestimating an opponent as well as warming up with intensity and focus. Wallkill scored twice in 10 minutes. Both were good goals by the other team but we could have been in better positioning prior to the goal that may have made a difference. Our lack of focus early in the game cost us but I liked the lesson the boys learned from the experience. I hope that in a couple of years when they are playing on the Varsity they can remember this experience and hopefully learn from it.

On a seperate note we put up 32 shots with 17 shots on goal to their 3 shots on goal but unfortunately we came up empty in the scoring column.
