Coaches Notes: Congratulations on winning the division!  I know you guys expected nothing less and that is why I'm so proud of you.  Sure we've had a few bumps in the road but 9 wins and 1 loss for league play is very impressive.  3 wins and 1 loss in our AA non league play is just as impressive.  You guys have played very disciplined soccer over the past 2 weeks and I think we are ready to reach our peak play just in time for MHAL's and sectionals.  Take tonight to feel good about your accomplishment and before going to sleep take time to think about Red Hook and what you personally need to do over the next few practices to prepare to win.  Approach the next four practices with the same attitude you bring to tryouts.  Give every ounce of effort both physically and mentally, stay positive, and encourage each teammate to do the same.  Remember, our attitude will determine just how far we go this season.
