To register your student, please follow steps 1-3.
1. FILL OUT THE REQUIRED FORMS
Please print out the appropriate registration packet from the list on the right. You can always stop by the Central Registration Office located at 11 Boice Road for a paper copy, or assistance.

Additional Required Forms (if applicable):
• Application for Free & Reduced Price School Meals (only 1 application per household)*
• Request for Daycare Transportation
• Owner's Affidavit (must be notarized)
• Renter's Affidavit (must be notarized)
• Custodial Affidavit (must be notarized)
• Migrant Education Program Survey
*Your child may be eligible for benefits such as Medicaid or Children's Health insurance Program (CHIP). To determine if your child is eligible, program officials need information from your Free and Reduced Price Meal application.
2. SUBMIT FORMS
Once you have completed the forms and gathered all of the supporting required documents, you will need to make an appointment to drop everything off for review. Please call Central Registration at (845)229-4000 extension 1606 or 1607 or you may schedule an appointment online.
3. SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Please review the information regarding the required documentation to complete your child's registration.
